About
Kink Through a Somatic Lens
I’m endlessly fascinated by what happens internally when fear feels delicious, pain becomes ritual and trust becomes the catalyst that makes it all possible.
I write and teach about the intersection of kink and somatics: bodywork, nervous system awareness, trauma, neurodivergence, and how these intertwine to shape our experiences of power, fear, intimacy, and pleasure.
SomatiKink was born from my love of both somatic awareness and kink, and from my belief that the body holds far more wisdom than we’re taught to listen to. This space explores kink through an embodied, nervous-system-aware lens that centres consent, trauma awareness, connection, and agency; helping you understand what’s happening inside you while you play.
I write from both lived experience and a background in somatic and nervous-system-informed frameworks.
If you’re curious about how your nervous system shapes your desire, limits, cravings and aftercare, you’re in the right place.
SomatiKink centres consent, autonomy, harm reduction, and nervous system awareness. I am not a doctor, and this content is not medical advice.
